BlackRidge was founded in 2012, performing as a real estate investment company. As the company continued to grow its assets, we caught the attention of outside investors. Upon divesting from real estate, we formed BlackRidge Holdings Co. Our firm now invest, operate and develops alternative asset class businesses.
