After divesting from real estate we founded BlackRidge Holdings Co., our company invests, operates, and develops alternative asset class businesses.

BlackRidge Property Group, a real estate investment firm based in Jackson, was established in 2012. Specializing in low-income housing rentals and development, BPG is committed to providing quality, affordable housing solutions that support community growth and stability.

2015

BLACKRIDGE x PRIVATE INVESTMENT FIRM

BlackRidge Property Group has successfully finalized the sale of its property portfolio to a California investment firm.
